Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Leh (3,500 m)
- Airport pickup and transfer to hotel.
- Full day rest for altitude acclimatization.
- Evening briefing and motorcycle handover.
- Optional: visit Shanti Stupa or Leh market.
- Overnight in Leh.
Day 2: Leh – Lamayuru – Leh (220 km round trip / 6–7 hrs)
- Warm-up ride along the Indus River.
- Visit Magnetic Hill, Indus confluence etc.
- Explore Lamayuru Monastery and “Moonland” landscape.
- Overnight in Leh.
Day 3: Leh – Nubra Valley via Khardung La (130 km / 5–6 hrs)
- Cross Khardung La Pass (5,359 m)
- Ride into Nubra Valley.
- Visit Diskit Monastery and sand dunes in Hunder.
- Optional camel ride on Bactrian camels.
- overnight in Nubra valley.
Day 4: Nubra – Pangong Lake via Shyok Route (170 km / 6–7 hrs)
- Scenic ride along the wild Shyok River.
- Arrive at the world-famous Pangong Lake (4,350 m).
- Stay near the lake with stargazing opportunity.
- Overnight at Pangong lake.
Day 5: Pangong – Hanle (170 km / 6–7 hrs)
- Ride through the beautiful and barren Changthang Plateau.
- Enter Hanle, one of Ladakh’s most peaceful and remote villages.
- Visit the Indian Astronomical Observatory.
- Overnight in Hanle.
Day 6: Hanle – Umling La – Hanle (120 km round trip / 5–6 hrs)
- Ride to Umling La Pass (19024 Ft) – highest motorable road in the world.
- Return to Hanle for the night.
- Overnight in Hanle.
Day 7: Hanle – Tso Moriri (180 km / 7–8 hrs)
- Ride through high-altitude desert terrain.
- Arrive at Tso Moriri Lake (4,522 m) – peaceful and remote.
- Stay at Korzok village near the lake.
- Overnight at Tso Moriri.
Day 8: Tso Moriri – Leh via Chumathang (220 km / 7–8 hrs)
- Scenic descent back toward Leh.
- Optional hot spring stop at Chumathang.
- Celebrate your ride back in civilization.
- Overnight in Leh.
Day 9: Departure from Leh
- Airport drop-off after breakfast
